Adapter Plate Pre Drilled and tapped to Accommodate Scotty, Cabela's, Attwood, Down East (Salty) Rod holders. Also works great to mount bimini tops, cleats, and radio antennas. Anodized with stainless steel thumb screws.

Plate is pre-drilled with 12 holes. Comes with a variety of 8 screws.
