The float body of all models is made of Expanded Polystyrene and painted with waterproof hi-visibility day fluorescent paints.  The tubes are semi-rigid white PVC plastic with a nickel steel  grommet on top with a small hole that makes possible the use of  a small stopper knot. NO PLASTIC BEAD NEEDED. 

Stan's Slip Bobbers offer a nickel Steel Top that will never wear out. This unique feature eliminates the need for the use of any plastic beads. The .038" hole makes possible the use of a small moveable knot and quickly allows the bait to fall to the desired fishing depth. Stan's - the World's Best Slip Bobber since 1958.
